This is my 76 NYB. I've had it for probably
5 years or more. I bought it from the original owner. Someone told me they
thought an "old Imperial" was sitting out at the local airport. Upon inspection,
it was this NYB, but I wanted it anyway. It had been sitting for probably
4-5 years when I found it. I had to replace the fuel hoses and survive
a wasp attack to get it cranked. After the initial purchase price of $500
I've replaced the following:
-
water pump
-
battery
-
alternator
-
carburetor
-
ignition module
-
voltage regulator
-
master cylinder
-
new front and rear brake pads/shoes
Here are a couple if pics I took outside my shop.
